i'm looking for some people who want to play a bit of music. i've been bandless for six months now and am just ITCHING to play. i play drums and guitar and am hoping to introduce something a little more electronic to the jams (this is totally debatable). really, i just want some people to play with. i'm not a huge metal fan, even though this is a fantastic metal city. i just don't love playing it. i like to play with anyone. girls, boys, robots. you definitely don't have to be a 'player'. i'm not really sure thats always the point of music anyway.

Some friends and I have been talking for a long time about starting up a classic-era Genesis tribute band. Recently everything has pretty much fallen into place. The only thing we need is a bass player.
I know I'm probably not going to find anyone on here with both the technical skill required, and a love of pre - Phil Collins Genesis... but it's worth a shot.

I have the skill...I lack the rickenbacker and the moog taurus II. I also know this repertoire inside out. If someone feels like sponsoring a double neck rickenbacker bass/12-string, I am in. Some friends and I have been talking for a long time about starting up a classic-era Genesis tribute band. Recently everything has pretty much fallen into place. hey, folks. i've got a new project i'm working on and i'm gonna need someone to play bass live for me. it doesn't matter if you know how, my riffs are pretty straight-forward. stage-fright isn't welcome, and neither is a hatred for zeppelin. it's gonna be a distorted bass/drums/keyboards/vox combo; dark, bluesy, southern rock with weird time signatures. gear is optional as i have all the necessary items. influences vary.

East Hamilton! Holla' Holla' .... I'm so white... :( I can't recommend myself as anything other than a singer and piano player/keyboard player. I love playing drums, bass guitar and guitar but I'm only a beginner and don't own any. Well i gave a not so great guitar for practicing on.
